Notes: No experience is required as our teacher will help you with any physical limitations; seated yoga is allowed. $5/class for a cancer patient or primary caregiver; $10/class for all others. Mats, straps, blocks, and aromatherapy oils are provided through a generous grant from the Junior League of Fort Myers. You are welcome to bring a towel/blanket. This class is for anyone--whether patient, caregiver, or the public. Registration is required to attend each class; priority is given to cancer patient/primary caregiver. Please see 1st-floor receptionist for payment.
